Sunflower meal is obtained as a result of pressing and extraction of already extracted seeds. Also
is a by-product of pressing oil crops, containing up to 2% of residual oil. It is produced
both in granular form and in the form of flakes. The color of meal is gray, gray-brown with various
shades The smell is characteristic of sunflower oil without impurities.
Depending on the production technology, you can get sunflower meal with protein content:

Accordingly, the greater the mass fraction of protein in the meal, the greater the energy and nutrients
properties it has. A wealth of amino acids, as well as the content of such an important substance as
methionine, has a beneficial effect on the growth of young livestock. In the meal compared to the cake
sunflower contains a higher percentage of crude protein, while the percentage of crude fat is much higher
smaller (1-2%). Meal also contains vitamins B and E, choline, biotin, panthenol acid, phosphorus,
potassium, fiber, proteins and many other substances.
